Inventor Thomas A. Rowe plans to produce a 17” two seat submersible Bionic Dolphin Craft that uses an aluminum 400hp Corvette LS2 engine. He first conceived of the idea in 1974 , and in 2001 tested a one seat model. If all goes well expect the two seat version to retail for about $50,000
