VectroTel Encrypted Cell Phone
The Vectrotel X8 is an encrypted GSM cell phone that uses 128-bit code to generate secured communications with another such phone. The linking of the two phones takes up to 30 seconds and there is a slight delay in voice travel. The phone has a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth and a 240x320 LCD screen.
