Growing Algae for fuel
The State of New York along with NRG Energy and GreenFuel Technologies is testing a CO2 recycling system using Algae that can be combined with a coal fired power plant to consume excess CO2. Once the Algae absorbs enough CO2 it is then converted to make Ethanol or BioDiesel.
